State Police launch Memorial Day weekend ticket blitz on Taconic Parkway

Sources in the NYS police indicate that a massive ticket blitz occurred on the Taconic Parkway over Memorial Day weekend.  Reportedly more than 250 speeding tickets were written in the Town of Stanford alone and as many as 1000 tickets may have been issued over the length of the Taconic Parkway.
